Medication Form

Medication dropoff - All medication needs to be in original container, in a zip-lock baggie, with the camp medication form and dropped off to the medical director on Monday evening, June 9, 5:30-7:00pm at the Hillcrest building. This is the same time/place as the gear drop off.
